Welcome to ONT Snap
This is where our club shares practice and meet schedules, takes RSVPs, and posts announcements — replacing group texts and paper schedules.
You won't find this in the App Store — and that's completely normal. ONT Snap installs straight from your phone's browser in under a minute, and once it's on your home screen it looks and works just like any other app. No account on any app store needed, nothing to buy.
Look for your invite email
Your coach or team admin sends a personal invite to your email address — the subject line is "You're invited to ONT Snap." If you don't see it, check spam or promotions folders, especially the first time.
No invite yet? You'll need one — this app is only open to people the club has added, so ask your coach or team admin to send you one.
Tap the link in the email
It opens a page confirming who you're joining as (for example, a parent of a specific player). Tap the button to confirm your email — we'll send a one-time code, no password required, ever.
Enter the code and your name
A short numeric code arrives by email within a few seconds — type it in, add your name, and you're in. That code is only used once, just to prove the email is really yours.
Add it to your home screen — do this now
This is the most important step. Adding ONT Snap to your home screen gives you a real app icon to tap, keeps you signed in, and turns on notifications for schedule changes, announcements, and team chat. It takes about 30 seconds. Follow the steps for your phone:
📱 iPhone / iPad — you must use Safari (not Chrome or another browser):
- Tap the ••• (More) button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Share.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top-right corner.
🤖 Android — use Chrome:
- If a banner pops up offering to install the app, just tap it and you're done.
- Otherwise tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app), then tap Install.
💻 Computer (Chrome or Edge):
- Click the install icon (a small screen with a down arrow) at the right end of the address bar.
- No icon? Open the ⋮ menu (top-right) — in Chrome it's under Cast, save, and share, in Edge under Apps.
- Click Install.
To open ONT Snap after this: just tap the new ONT Snap icon on your home screen, exactly like any other app — you won't need to find it in your browser again.
Turn on notifications (so you don't miss anything)
Open the app from your new home-screen icon, go to Settings, and under Push notifications tap Enable notifications on this device — then choose Allow when your phone asks. That's what lets ONT Snap alert you the moment a practice moves, a meet is cancelled, or a coach posts to the team chat.
On iPhone this only works after you've added the app to your home screen (Step 4) and opened it from that icon — it won't appear while you're still in Safari.
You're set — here's what you can do
Check the schedule for upcoming practices and meets, tap Going / Not Going / Maybe to RSVP for your kid, read announcements from coaches, message the team in chat, and get a notification the moment plans change.
You can also subscribe your regular phone or computer calendar to automatically show these events — look for that option under Settings once you're signed in.
